Remove tops from bunches of celery and slice stalks on the diagonal into 1/4 inch thick slices. Mix celery, roast beef, hazelnuts, and blue cheese together in a large salad bowl. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Toss salad with lemon juice and olive oil mixture. Transfer salad to baking dish and place under broiler for 5 minutes to warm, tossing once half way through. Brush baguette pieces with olive oil and place under broiler for 3 minutes to toast.
Serve each salad with 1 slice baguette.
