Suggest a better description1 Get chicken out of fridge to come to room temp
2 Put chicken on top of carrots, bay leaves, onions and garlic
3 Olive oil, S+P on top
4 Put chicken in oven at 180 to 200 for 30 mins with no lid
5 Take chicken out and put lid on
6 After chicken has been cooked take out of oven and leave to sit whilst covered
7 Skim gravy of oil
8 Put gravy into pan
9 Mix a bit of cooled gravy with flour
10 Add soy sauce
11 Add water
12 Add stock to boiling gravy
13 Add gravy paste to boiling gravy
