Suggest a better description1. Heat oven to 425°. In a large bowl toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a large baking sheet and bake until tender: approx. 15-20 min.
2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine olives, parsley, lemon zest, and cheeses. Toss half of the cheese mixture with the roasted broccoli and set aside.
3. Split the ciabatta rolls in half and place on a baking sheet, cut side up. Lightly spray with olive oil spray. Spread broccoli mixture onto the bottom half of each ciabatta. Sprinkle remaining cheese mixture on both halves. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 15 min. Remove from oven and put the sandwiches together. If using a ciabatta loaf, cut into 8 slices.
