This is the best way to serve Brussels Sprouts.
preheat the oven to 350° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon liner, or a small oven safe casserole dish.
Pour oil over the Brussels Sprouts and season with the salt and pepper. Arrange the sprouts cut edge down. Roast for ten to twenty minutes, or until lightly browned and tender.
Meanwhile, toast up some slivered almonds on the stove top. Remove the sprouts from heat and sprinkle the cheese and nuts over the sprouts, and squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the sprouts.
