Suggest a better description1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, mustard, and creme fraiche. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a baking sheet toss the sprouts in olive oil, remaining 3/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
3. Roast for 30-35 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake or toss the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly.
4. Season with more salt and pepper if desired and serve with the reserved mustard sauce.
