Suggest a better descriptionMelt suet in large pot, strain. (can substitute shortening). Salt meat, add to suet. Break up meat with fork or potato masher. Mix all of seasonings in bowl and mix well. When meat loses redness, add seasoning, slowly stirring constantly. If taste is flat, add small amount of salt. Dip off excess fat.
Can freeze, then thaw and add water, reheat.
Sides: chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, green onions, beans, cheddar cheese, etc. (I prefer black beans to kidney beans)
