Suggest a better descriptionHeat the oil or butter in a pan then add the garlic and ginger and cook until brown. Add the onions and cook until brown. Add the curry powder, garam masala, salt and tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until all the spices are thoroughly blended. Add the cheese, spinach and tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
