2. Place salmon in a bowel, pick out skin and mash bones
3. Mix in celery, scallions, egg, and dill
4. Form into 12 log shaped croquettes, roll in wheat germ
5. Place in skillet cook until golden (3-4 minutes each side)
6. Serve on greens with lemon
