Suggest a better descriptionSlice onions. Cut lemons into half circle slices. Clean fresh cilantro, dill and parsley and chop. Combine onion, greens and spices to taste (I just shake them a little bit). Put fish in baking pan, sprinkle onion and greens combination on top, put lemon slices on top of everything. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for an hour on 350 F. Check if fish is flakey, if not cook until it is. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest by "Julie D. Welch"
