Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with oil, season with salt & pepper.
Scatter orange, lemon and thyme around the salmon.
Roast until salmon is opaque throughout, 20 to 25 minutes.
Transfer to platter useung 2 large spatulas and scatter with orange, lemon and thyme.
Simple, but don't forget to have the fillet skinned. Lemon thyme is an option and it can be done with only one citrus fruit if necessary.
