Suggest a better descriptionHeat large skillet over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Cook in skillet 3-4 minutes on each side (or till done) in small amount of olive oil. Remove from pan to plate and keep warm. Add wine to pan to de-glaze and let reduce 3-4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir until sauce reduces by half (5-8 minutes). Reduce to low and place salmon back into pan to heat 5 minutes. Serve with angel hair pasta.
