Yummy taco dip!
Brown beef; remove as much grease as possible.
Mix in beans, salsa, chiles and seasoning and heat thoroughly.
Spread in casserole dish (13 x 9)
Spread sour cream over bean mixture.
Cover with cheese.
Heat at 325 until cheese melts.
I spoon mix into Tostitos Scoops and serve - you can also serve in casserole dish as a dip but once cheese cools, its hard to scoop!
