Egg casserole great for brunches,light supper with a salad or holiday mornings.
Break bread into small pieces and place in a greased 13x9 pan. Fry sausage until brown and crumbly. Drain and set aside. Beat eggs and milk until well blended. Add mustard and cheese. Pour over bread crumbs. Sprinkle sausage over top. Sprinkle with paprika cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Pre-heat to 350F degrees and bake uncovered 35-45 minutes until brown. Test with knife, it should come out clean. Let it cool cut into squares to serve.
