Sausage, white/red potatoes, onions and peppers
Boil the sausage in a big pot for between 30-45 min.
Preheated the oven to 350 degrees.
In a Corning Ware dish put in potatoes, onions, peppers, sausage and butter.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, ect. to your own likening.
Place the dish in the oven for about an hour or until the potatoes are tender.
Tada!!!! It's done :)
Serve hot and with sour cream (for your potatoes if you choose).
