Combine biscuit mix and milk. Roll on a floured board into 2 (18x10-inch) rectangles. Spread sausage evenly on dough. Roll up lengthwise. Chill well and slice into 1/4-inch slices. Gives a pinwheel effect. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
