Suggest a better descriptionCook and drain sausage Melt butter and cook the green onions and mushrooms until tender. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, jack cheese and chiles. Stir in sausage, green onions and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Blend in melted butter. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture. Pour into greased 9x13 pan, oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
