Great to put over biscuits and eggs for breakfast!
Brown your sausage. Do not drain grease. Add milk, you may need more. I usually add milk until it completely covers the sausage and then a little more.
In a small bowl add flour, garlic, and salt. Add water until mixture is a little more wet than paste. Slowly add this to your sausage and milk once it is hot. Stir until gravy is thick.
Taste to see if you need more garlic or salt.
