Delicious and easy. Just experiment to find the proportions that suit you. I had this using a sausage found in Huntsville, Alabama, called "Conecuh" which was really tasty.
Chunk the potatoes (peel first, if desired). Slice sausage into desired size chunks. Slice onion into slivers and sautee in butter. Put everything in a pot or crock pot and cook until done.
