Suggest a better descriptionIf sausage is in casing, remove casing. Cook the onion and sausage in olive oil in a soup pot until onion is translucent and sausage is cooked through breaking up the sausage as it cooks. Add the marinara, chicken broth and tortellini to the same pot and cook for 5 mins until tortellini is cooked through. Add spinach and heavy cream and cook until the spinach is wilted. Spoon into bowls and top with cheese.
