Celebrating Home Bean Pot
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a flat dish. Coat meat in seasoned flour. Place butter in Bean Pot and add meat. Cover pot with lid and microwave for 8 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add 3 cups water. Cover and microwave on simmer for 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
Tip: Thicken meat juices by blending 1/4 cup flour with 1/2 cup water. Stir into hot stew, cover and microwave on simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes covered, stir well and serve.
