Saute onions, green peppers and sausage slices in oil in medium saucepan over moderately high heat, until onions are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 mins. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 mins. before serving. Garnish with sour cream and chopped green onions.
