Suggest a better description1. Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, in large bowl. Stir well. Spread into greased 2 quart casserole*.
2. Cover; bake 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue baking 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and center is heated through.
* An 11x7-inch rectangular or 8-inch square baking dish can be used.
