Scalloped potatoes made with abundant life gluten free to maintain gluten free

Inspect potatoes and remove any dark spots and deep eyes Place potatoes in large kettle to bring to boil with first amount of salt
While potatoes are heating up
Place Butter in large sauce pan and melt. Add Abundant life all purpose flour, second amount of salt and seasoning , stir with whisk to make flout wet. Whisk until smooth and cook for approximately 5 minutes
Add milk gradually and cook until thickened
When potatoes boil remove from stove and run under cold water to cool and slice on mixer attachment being careful to adjust with of blade and run on speed 2 or 3 to slice (slower if potatoes are mashing)
Pan in 4 inch pan with sprayed liner and cover with sauce. Bake uncovered in convection oven at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours checking and rotating every 1/2 hour, to a temperature of 165 degrees. Potatoes should be fork tender and top should be slightly brown. If top of ban begins to get too dark cover with hard cover or foil.
Cream may be substituted for 1/4 of total milk
