Fry Suasage or Bacon until cooked
Slice potatoes and lay in baking stone
Layer spinach leaves and cooked sausage over potatoes
Place a thin layer of potatoes on top
Melt Butter, Half and Half and Milk in a pan. Slowly add Cheese to melt.
Pour over potatoe mixture.
Bake about 30 -45 minutes until top is brown and potatoes tender
