Suggest a better descriptionWhisk the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Cut in the butter. This will resemble coarse crumbs. In a small bowl mix the eggs, vanilla and whipping cream. Add this to the flour mixter. Stir until blended. Do not over mix. Any add in can be mixed in now. Knead dough on a floured surface. Make a log, then pat it flat. Cut into triangle shapes. Brush with 2 eggs slightly beaten and 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream. Bake at 350 for 16 to 18 minutes.
Add ins: chocolate chips, white chocolate-butterscotch, cranberry-coconut, raisin-orange peel.
