Cream the butter and sugar. Add the dry ingredients to a crumble or dust. Add the wet ingredients then fold in berries and nuts and zest of choice - frozen or thawed. Then bake at 350 for 15-ish minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Makes 6 huge or 10 small. Put as much powder sugar and cream as you want to get your desired consistency then add the vanilla. Add zest and extract for the taste you want. I did blackberry with orange zest in the scones with almond in glaze.
