cut vegetables julian (snakes)
mince the garlic with some cumin and salt then dress the shrimps and calamri with it
boil the calamari with little water and after 2 minuts add the shrimps till the color become red then strain it
mix it with all the vegetables
minced garlic + vinegar + lemon juice + olive oil (or any other oil)
dress the salad,,,,, enjoy it
