Suggest a better descriptionJumbo lump crabmeat, lightly sprinkled with cappers in middle of plate surround crabmeat with shrimp (saute a few pieces of onion, a piece or two of celery, a clove of garlic in 1 tab. of oo until tender -- than add shrimp seasoining with a little garlic powder, paul phrudhomme seafood seasoning, 1/4 teas. of liuqid crab boil, a squeeze of lemon juice, tabl. sppoon of white wine. Taste and correct seasong (you don't want too much liquid) add shrimp and cook shrimp till turn pink. Keep shrimp in stock till ready to use. Ararnge plate with tom. surrounding cragmeat. Pour a little of strained stock on shrimp. Put tom. on plate, stuffed eggs (otional) and anyting else that you want to decorate. Serve with bowl of lorenzo drressing.
