Peel And chop zucchini and add to jug with chopping blades in. Pulse a few times until finely chopped.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz for 2 minutes on speed 5, until well combined.
Pour into a greased springform cake tin and bake for 40 minutes at 180.
When cooled, ice with your choice of frosting. I used icing sugar, margarine, a little soy milk and cocoa powder.
