Suggest a better descriptionCook asparagus in boiling salted water until crisp tender, about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Heat vegetable oil in nonstick skillet. Saute bell pepper in oil. Add asparagus and saute until heated through. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss with pepper and asparagus. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve. Yield: 4 servings.
