Place first four ingredients in bowl and stir, let marinate 15 minutes. Heat oil over medium high heat, add garlic, chili paste and snow peas and stir fry 3 minutes. Add chicken and marinade and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add water chestnuts and stir fry until chicken is almost cooked through, about 2 minutes. Add broth. Add sesame seeds and green ohio, stir fry for 30 seconds. Add sesame oil and toss to coat.
