Crumb topping can be made in advance and kept in the fridge forever and ever.
For crumb topping, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, use a fork or pastry kneader.
Fruit: In a separate bowl, mix fruit (ie peaches, strawberries and blueberries)
Add 2 tbsp of white sugar and some cinnamon. If fruit is very sweet, add less sugar.
Line the bottom of a baking dish with a little bit of orange juice. Pour fruit and evenly distribute topping over the fruit.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
