Very easy and tasty
Cook bacon and set aside. Cook shimp, shell and cut shrimp in half. Saute the onions in the bacon grease. Prepare grits, while the onions are cooking, then add halved shrimp, chopped bacon, sauted onions, crushed tomatoes (smashed and diced tomatoes) and cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes
