Shrimp & peppers in tomato sauce
Met butter in large skillet. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic. Saute until lightly browned. Add tomato juice, salt, rice, mushrooms. Cover and cook over medium heat. When mixture reaches full steam, reduce heat to simmer. Continue cooking for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Add shrimp, Cook an additional 10 minutes or until shrimp is heated and tender.
