Preheat large saute pan on medium heat, 1-2 minutes
Add oil and garlic, cooking for 3-4 minutes
Add diced tomatoes, shrimp, pepper flakes, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, cooking about 1 minute
Add broth and cook 2-3 minutes until reduced by about half and shrimp have just turned pink and opaque
Reduce heat to low and add butter, spinach, cheese and remaining 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp pepper
Cook just until butter and cheese melts and spinach wilts
Remove shrimp and set aside
Add pasta and toss until well coated
