Cook frozen vegetables in microwave until almost done (put in steamer basket with 1/2 cup water and cook 3-4 mins).
Put oil in stir fry pan and heat to medium high.
Put dry shrimp in hot oil and stir fry until no longer pink (probably less than 5 minutes).
Remove shrimp.
Stir fry egg until done.
Add more oil and stir fry veggies until crispy done.
Add shrimp back and add soy sauce or stir fry sauce.
Add rice and mix all together.
