Shrimp/Vegetables
1. Warm olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
2. Stir in squash and zucchini. Cook 10min.
3. Stir in shrimp. Cook 3min.
4. Stir in lemon juice, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook 2min.
Pour shrimp and sauce over past. Sprinkle with chives and Parmesan.
Substitutions: Angel hair pasta.
