My take on a recipe from the cookbook "Moosewood Restaurant Cooks at Home".
1. Heat olive oil on high and sauté onions for about 2 minutes stirring constantly.
2. Add celery and bell peppers and continue to stir and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the cayenne, basil, oregano, and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add clam juice, tomatoes, and wine. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
5. Add the seafood and olives and simmer until just cooked. Stir in lemon juice.
Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
