5 ingredient cheese cake

FILLING: Mix first 5 ingredients. Cream cheese should soften before mixing. Beat until smooth & creamy. Pour into graham cracker pie shell (Honey Grahams brand is better than Keebler, or make your own). Bake for 40-50 minutes at 370F until there is a light golden brown top and filling is gelled/shakes minimally when moving pan. Cool to room temperature then chill for 3 hours before adding topping.
TOPPING: Mix Together with spoon until just blended. Keep in fridge until ready to spread on top of cooled pie.
Let set in fridge for an hour before serving. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
Variation: May add other extracts such as maple or orange in lieu of vanilla.
