Trying to figure out the nutritional values of my favorite omelet at a local diner. I haven't made this one, but I think this is how it would be made.
Scramble eggs.
Sauté meat and peppers to warm through. Add scrambled eggs. Cook. Top with cheese. Fold in half, serve.
