Suggest a better descriptionIn a large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray, sauté onion over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the onion from the pan.
In the same pan, brown beef for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain off the fat and return the onion to the pan. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vinegar, lemon juice and sugar. Add 1/2 cup hot water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with your favorite buns.
