Turkey sloppy joe
Cook ground turkey on medium in a skillet until done and then add in sloppy joe sauce and combine.
Slice onions into rings and spray with cooking spray. Cook in pan until carmalized.
Place 3 oz of sloppy joe mean on a bun and top with onions.
