Marinate tenderloin in this mixture for atleast 1 hour.
On high heat in a frying pan, melt star margarine or butter. Lower the heat, place a little flour and stir.
Increase heat and fry meat for 15 minutes on each side. Remove meat, place on serving plate and cut into slices.
Heat up remaining marinade and pour on top of meat. Squeeze the calamansi before serving.
