From Mom and Dad's trip to Alaska
Cut halibut into small flillets and split in half lenghtwise if too thick.
Marinate in white wine for at least 1 hour.
Drain fish and dip both side in bread crumbs.
Place in 10" greased baking dish.
Layer on top of halibut:
Onions, sliced mushroom, grated cheese.
Mix mayo and sour cream together, cover halibut and spread to edges of baking dish to seal. Sprinkle bread crumbs and paprika over top.
Bake for 20-30 min at 500 degrees or until fish is white all the way through. Do not overbake./
