Cover bowl with plastic wrap and heat in microwave for about 1 minute
Stir. Microwave for additional time, if necessary, until heated through. warm tortilla if desired.
If packing your lunch to be eaten later, chicken mixture may be stored in a separate airtight container and heated in microwave just prior to assembling and eating
Place lettuce leaf in the center of the tortilla and top with chicken mixture
Roll up tortilla and serve with sliced tomato on the side
