Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. Mix all ingredients except pineapple, nuts and marshmallows in large bowl with spoon until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into pans; spread evenly. Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and loaves are golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire rack. Cook completely before slicing. Yield: 2 loaves.
