In large saucepan, cook noodles. Drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over m-h heat; cook beef, onion, 2/3 of the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, 5 mins.
Add Zucchini, 2 mins. Reduce heat to m. Add strained tomatoes and honey; cook and stir, until hot and combined, 1 min. Stir in noodles. Spoon into four 1 1/2-cup (375 ml) ramekins.
In bowl, stir together ricotta, Parmesan, basil, egg yolk and remaining garlic until smooth. Spoon over noodle mix, spreading to edges of remekins. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Broil on rimmed baking sheet on centre tack until tops are browned and bubbly, 3 to 4 mins. Let stand for 5 mins.
