1. Either core an apple and keep it whole or cut the apple in half.
2. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and then stuff in the apple.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until you can get knife in the apple easily.
4. Serve with the same toffee sauce as the sticky toffee but make with vegan margarine in place of butter.
