Suggest a better description1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. 2. Add the mustard seeds and ajwain (lovage seeds). 3. Cook until they begin to sizzle. Add the Valor or Guvar pieces. 4. Add the salt, turmeric and chilli powder and stir in gently. 5. Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot garnished with coriander and served with naan bread. NOTES : A delicious accompaniment to a spicy meal, or served hot on its own with naan bread.
