This is a soy meat remix of Spicy Basil Chicken dish popular in Thai restaurants.
First prepare a bowl to make delicious sauce. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut milk, and chili paste. Mix. Smell. Gross huh? just wait.
Add peanut oil to wok or frying pan. Let heat. Then add garlic & onions. Stir. After 2-3 min. add Yves ground meat. Stir. After 5 min. add pre-mixed sauce. Stir. Sauce should absorb into meat and simmer. after 3-4 min. add basil and stir till basil leaves are cooked.
Serve over chopped cabbage.
